Both — we usually rehost first to exit the old data center, then refactor in cloud.
How do you handle data security and IP protection?
Every engagement starts with an NDA. We follow ISO 27001 controls — locked-down workstations, VPN-only access, encrypted backups, and least-privilege repository access. All IP, source code and design files transfer to you on delivery.
What does pricing look like?
We offer fixed-price for well-defined scope, time-and-materials for evolving work, and dedicated-team retainers for long-term partnerships. Most clients start with a fixed-price discovery and convert to a retainer after the first release.
Do you offer a trial or paid pilot?
Yes — for new partnerships we run a 2-week paid pilot with a clear deliverable. If you're not satisfied, we part ways with no further commitment.
